Coconut flour is too coconut flavored and it messes up some recipes in my opinion

I’m not a fan of the coconut flour either, but it works ok in sweet baked goods - I prefer almond flour or Doves gluten free flours!

Coconut flour is definitely the worst gf flour. Try almond, brown rice, or kamut (my fav) flour!
