um please someone help I js got my first binder and I think it was too small I only wore it for like an hour or so and my chest hurts sm and its been like what 24 hours since I took it off and I can't take deep breaths wtf do I do 😭 i can't come out to parents or go to the doctor and I won't wear the binder again
