I was born in Malacca. Not technically Malaysian but I use the 'Agak agak' method to cook rice so obviously picked up something. My family all use it

Lol no way! We have that too in the South Asian culture. When cooking all measurements are "andaza say" (estimate/guesswork) 😂

This is very similar in the African culture. I use my finger to measure water for rice. So many people I know here don’t have a rice cooker! 😳😳😳

Genuine question- why a rice cooker? Does it not do the same as on a hob? I’m Scottish so I am quite stingey with money but I’m intrigued 😂
