Why not just wash them by hand? I’m not hating just asking a honest question, since you have to rinse them out all anyway.

Yup! If I use a dish in the microwave with food it tastes like soap but my husband says I’m crazy

Maybe the drain or filter needs to be cleaned in your dishwasher? Or maybe it’s being overfilled with detergent?

I thought I was extra for doing this! The worst is when I forget to rinse cups then go to drink a glass of water and get a SOAP COCKTAIL instead

I rinse my dishes after the dishwasher too.. but its because our dishes have a moldy smell to it. we live in a new apartment too, so idk why it does.
