Yeah, except in most cases when you fully plate without tempered it puts on 4 plates. Include that time.

The issue has always been Ghost, UAVs and heartbeats until they change it’s just a nice situational perk IMO but not better than ghost

you also get max armor as soon as you equip it even if you have no plates on before hand
