Another tip is to shoot to increase your fiber to 30g/day at least and try to eat “colorful” food as often as you can. Unlimited green veggies.

Most of the time, you aren’t actually in a plateau. You’re still losing fat, just measuring using the scale which doesn’t adequately show fat loss
