Edit: for #2 at Bernauer Straße the word “rebuilt” was the wrong word to use for the section of Death strip. The walls and tower were already there...

I also can recommend "the story of Berlin", the visit of the museum includes a tour through a Bunker.

Can really recommend going to the Stasi Museum. I went there with my school, some years back, and it was really good.
