clogged ducts are the worst. I was lucky to never get mastitis, but I had clogs over and over for a while. get one of those massage gun things. (1)

Lots of pumping and baby feeding, while pumping and feeding use a hot washcloth on the infected area. (This is a tip coming from the Le Lache league)
