my grandfather was a paratrooper in a big war in the 60s in Israel hes platoon lost communication with everyone but they somehow survived

My son is in AIT right now. At basic graduation he said “oh by the way I signed up for Airborn” 😳. He graduates AIT in less then 30 days.

My father was a paratrooper and he was for a while but he passed away when I was 6 or 7 years old from drug overdose on pain meds for his back
