I have PCOS&hypothyroid. I’ve had an iud since 2020, take Metformin and Spironolactone… nothing has helped

can metformin cause hair loss? my hair is so thin & my scalp line has receded drastically. I never seen it this bad before until I started metformin. that's the only thing I'm taking besides vitamin D & fish oil.
