im type 2 & never needed meds or insulin. I have found as long as I eat good carbs w/a protein & healthy fat,my #s stay normal. 3meals, no inbetween

I’m diabetic. My dr told me not to even look at carbs or starch. When I don’t have carbs, my glucose is like 60. When I do have them, it’s like 200.
