Kids have so little control of things in their life. Let them have a messy room. I’ve found my clean it when they feel it gets “too messy” for them.

I helped my daughter one time and just folded as are put away it took time but it got done and last night she cleaned her entire room 😱

My teen is in school from 8 -3 then goes to work from 4:30 till 11. And is an intern 1 day. I help her and only ask small things from her.
