My house is around 120 hrs old. We found a bag of sympathy cards in my bathroom wall from the 1940’s…the owners grandson had drowned. 💔

When I had my inspection on my house we found out they used hay to insulate built in 1885

The house certainly didn’t look like it was built in 1910 in the home tour! It looked like it had been completely updated.

Good ol’ newspaper! We did an addition and used the blown in newspaper for insulation- worked great!
