I use something clean around me like maybe a toothpick to scratch it, but be careful Idk if you can accidentally hurt yourself with it

I’m a bit late but I found throat lozenges, antiseptic throat spray and ice cold water help massively they basically numb it it’s the only things that have helped me, other then fexofenadine
