For my 5950x I put PBO on, -30 curve optimiser and a few other things. Get 4.5GHz all core and 5.07GHz single core boost which seems fine

I somehow got 4000mhz cl18 Hynix M running stable at 3800 cl16 with IF at 1900. It breaks the RGB but it survived 2 24 hour tests

In many games my gpu utilisation is only about 50%. My gpu is an intel uhd 620 and i dont have any cpu bottleneck. Any possible fix?
