I always use the baking soda for acid reflux but never mixed it with ginger🤔 thank you

the baking soda has sodium in it so don't use it if you have high blood pressure

This is only for relief as the bicarbonate neutralises the stomach acid. 1/4tsp in 120ml of water; ginger not needed. Don't use it too often.
