Did you know Paul Kagame is seen by many as a Western puppet, fueling war in eastern DRC to exploit minerals for Rwanda’s benefit while backing the M23? 🩸 Although the conflict and exploitation of the DRC began long before Kagame—with figures like King Leopold and nations including Belgium, the US, the UK, and France—it’s clear to those informed that Kagame is now driving a new wave of exploitation.
