I agree with @India Jones. Having traumas doesn’t mean your kids has to. It’s my job as mother w inherited trauma to make sure they don’t inherit it.

13-14 is peak puberty for girls. in that age a lot of these mental problems weren't actually mental problems but just normal behavior taken wrong
