so I have epilepsy and my neuro wants me to take even more folate due to my meds. can too much folate hurt the baby? sorry if it's a stupid question

My sister was born with Hydrocephalus. Taking Folic Acid can avoid this birth defect.

I take nature made ones and like them but they have soybean oil and I just saw that UC Riverside did a study about soybean oil being bad for the brain
