INGREDIENTS     •    1 ½ cups flour      •    1 teaspoon baking soda     •    ¼ teaspoon salt     •    1 tablespoon of cinnamon     •    4 ripe bananas      •    ¼ cup maple syrup     •    1 tablespoon vanilla     •    1 tablespoon olive oil     •    1 egg     •    ½ cup nonfat plain greek yogurt     •    1 tablespoon of milk     •    ½ cup chocolate chips     •    ¼ cup of shaved almonds (optional) INSTRUCTIONS      1    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.      2    Line a 12 cup muffin tin with baking cups.      3    In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.     4    In a separate bowl, add bananas, maple syrup, vanilla, oil, egg, milk and yogurt and blend on high with a hand mixer until well combined.
