My doc looks it up before he writes a script. If it's not covered he gives samples and enough samples to cover what you need.

Pharmacist here. Lots of problems with goodrx. Main one is that if you’re not paying for the product, YOU are the product. They sell patient info 1/2

Good rx is horrible for pharmacies- they basically force pharmacies to give the medication at a discount and then charge them to give it out as well

Yes!! No insurance at the moment. My epilepsy medication through my pharmacy I was using was $295.00, switched pharmacy’s and got good rx gold! $5 now

Good rx is great for the consumer but terrible for pharmacies. Independent pharmacies often won’t take them because of guaranteed loss.

My pharmacist said people give their info to GoodRx, GoodRx tracks the most frequently purchased meds, sells that info to ins., Ins. increases prices.
