I like Dexter’s film lab in Ventura CA. They charge $5/roll and have a week turnaround. They’ve close to me so it works well for me.

I use Indisposable based out of NYC! They develop your film and upload them to their app so you have a digital copy. ~$15 and you can get negatives!!!
