They’re required to put an expiration date, but in reality these candies have so many added preservatives, it can last years.

I’m in Chicago and most Walgreens have trash cans with lids you can’t open. They started switching to those a few years ago. So obnoxious

As a fellow dumpster diver you have to occasionally check for recalls when you see a lot of something in the trash, kinda rare but worth mentioning

They could donate these to shelters.. (kids live there) it’s ok for them to have a once in a while treat esp. if mom/dad can’t afford it for them. 🥺
