We replaced anything porous, like wood or bamboo, and then double washed all silicone. Cast iron should be stripped and re-seasoned, or replaced. 🥄

anything wood, Teflon, or otherwise porous that would have touched nuts is now garbage. bleach water the sink and pantry. ceramic or stainless steel

if it's an airborne,allergy check your air vents,clean off fan blades, buy/use hepa filters.. is there a safe place kiddo can be untill things get 1/2

Was it nuts or *peanuts*? Fellow anaphylactic peanut allergy here, peanuts aren’t nuts so unless she has a tree nut allergy too,

another thing is that with mcas, frequent exposure to a trigger lowers your reaction threshold. so cross contamination may be causing her reactions
