My diabetes counselor told me 30 net carbs breakfast…45 nc lunch 45 nc dinner…15 nc each for 3 snacks 2 hours after meals….

Those are good things to have, but don't really determine if a diabetic can eat something or not Also which diabetes is she talking about.

Problem with this package is the serving size. In real life, there are at most 2 svgs here! Being honest. Being really honest: often only 1 serving
