Funny story I tore my ACL in July but it was not from sports. I was riding a bike and a dog jumped right in front of me and I crashed 🤧

Get the nerve block! I've had both ACLs done. Right was no block and I got nauseous with any movement. Left was block and I had almost zero pain!
