at home when I tried to learn how to post people would tell me to NOT rely on my stirrups so much and try to use my calf to rise but then I went to a trainer to properly learn she never said that.so?

i don’t count but i say down when i’m supposed to be down. in pictures and videos i look insane but it’s the only thing that helps lol
