Bro we live in Florida, go to some Hispanic or Arabic owned tire shop on the side of the road, plenty of them in orland, and they’ll mount it for you

Yes you can do it but you’ll need 3 ppl to help you push on them on each side of the tire. I did it that way with mine. Use soap and water as well

mount a tube in it. snug down the lock ring. inflate the tube to seat the inner bead. remove the tube and you should be able to seat outer bead
