i started playing white noise/fan sounds in my airpods when I go to bed. it helps a lot with my anxiety and intrusive thoughts cause it’s distracting

if you feel like nothing is working for sleep, you can ask your psych for trazodone. i was on that + wellbutrin and it was immensely helpful
