No need to cut with scissors you can feed through also I hooked the wire through the inside of the hook so they wouldn’t fly away during a windy day.

You can also add battery pack candles and put inside the hats

do not cut the tips! if you cut to big you wont be able to keep the wire in. just hook them through the tip of the hat
