Are you a procrastinator? struggle to prioritise your personal tasks? Being effective with my time got so much easier when I did this ⬇️ As someone who has ADHD & procrastinator workaholic tendencies. I totally understand how easy it is to put off personal tasks like gymming. When you’re in the zone with work or have deadlines and a big work load your personal tasks get pushed further and further back. Then when it’s finally time to do something for yourself like gym your mind/body is searching for some down time to switch off and we get caught in the procrastination bubble.  This is definitely still a work in progress for me as some days I will still run out of time to gym or do things for myself but over the years I’ve found strategies which help massively reduce my procrastination levels.  These are my top 3 strategies for helping prevent procrastinator episodes. So you can be effective with the little time you have tk crush your personal goals & put yourself first ⬇️ 1. Set timers: a great technique I use is the 90/20 rule. 90 mins of focused work and 20min to have a break. As much as you feel that it’s a waste of time having regular breaks will give you the rest you need so you can be more productive and focused  2. Time block your personal task in your calendar: you need to be strict with this and make these tasks non negotiables 3. 5.4,3,2,1 technique - when you notice yourself procrastinating when you have something that needs to be done like going to the gym. You may be doom scrolling count down 5,4,3,2,1 and get the fuck up!
