It's about dosage. Water is healthy until you drink enough to drown yourself. Cuz...dosage. Healthy or fine until it's not in a high amount.

Not completely. People use the term incorrectly. For example recently many sunscreens pulled due to benzene derived chemicals which causes cancer….
