bus was already indicating and moving out when the leaner was not particularly close, learner should have given way otherwise it’s impeding the bus

First the indicator wasn't on its hazards and the bus is fully stopped not even attempting to pull out plus there is plenty of room for him to go

Bus is indicating. It’s not hazards, you are simply seeing the flicker from LED brake lights being recorded

Not a serious fault, the idea is that you SHOULD give way to a bus indicating to pull out... It isn't a legal requirement and the bus has hazards on.
