She said she’d turn into the grinch without that MASSIVE thing! 😂❤️ backstory ::: This is our first trip with Ellie! 😳 We have been trying not to get out much with Ellie while her immune system is getting stronger! We have only went out a handful of times, but have never traveled more than a half hour from our home! But now we are traveling a few hours! 😅 We are super nervous because we have gotten Ellie into a really good routine and we don’t want to mess it up! Ellie is sleeping 4-5 hours at night without wanting to feed, and we are trying to get that to be longer and longer. We are a bit worried that will all of the traveling and change of routine, that it might cause her to be a little more fussy! Not her saying that I only took a few minutes to make her gift! 😂🤣 Backstory ::: We just had our first Christmas with our newborn, and made so many memories! Unfortunately though, in all of the hustle and bustle of prepping for the holidays, we forgot to buy her any gifts! 😬 We are used to not buying anything for each other, because we have never had a lot of extra money during the holidays, and preferred to use the money that we did have to get others gifts before ourselves. This year was no different, except we should have bought for Ellie! 🫣 I thought that we weren’t buying anything because we had just got so much for her when she was born last month! And Kay didn’t think that we needed to because she was a newborn. Then she realized at Christmas that everyone else that she knows with newborns bought them presents. So she felt bad that she didn’t do it the right way for Ellie! I love how she pretended like Ellie was my gift this year, despite us not exchanging gifts in the last 9 years! 😂 Kay may have contributed 9 months to the gift this year, but that just makes me more efficient than her because I did my half in a few minutes! 😂 #kayandtayofficial #couples #relationships #pregnant #postpartum

The way she started wiggling when I gave it to her 😂 Backstory ::: Kay’s family has had the tradition of bananas and cream on Christmas Day for 100 years (for some reason she always says “100 years” every year, you’d think it would be more than 100 by now, but I’m not going to say anything) 😂 Sometimes when Kay is feeding our daughter, she will get cravings similar to the ones she’d get when she was pregnant. She describes it as “I’ve never been so hungry in my life than when I’m feeding Ellie”. This year she just couldn’t wait for her bananas and cream until Christmas Day so I had to go get it for her early. It’s a good thing she craved it because the stores wouldn’t have been open tomorrow and she hadn’t remembered to buy the ingredients. And yes, Kay will be feeding this to me on Christmas Day since I am now part of her family tradition. 😂 I’m sure she will also get Ellie involved when she’s old enough to eat real food. #kayandtayofficial #couples #relationships #pregnant #postpartum

I then looked up different types of foods that could help raise her blood pressure and got some of her favorites from that list! I arranged it all on a tray and set it out for her. When i went back in to check on Kay, she said that Ellie wasn’t feeling well either! I invited them both to see the surprise, and they followed me out! Kay loved the surprise! And soon after, Ellie finally got some gas out and started to feel better. I claim that she got better because of the surprise! 😂 We watched a movie and ate dinner waiting for Kay to feel better! ❤️ #kayandtayofficial #couples #relationships #pregnant #postpartum
