Whisk egg (you will only need half use the rest for something else). 2. Use mini cannoli molds or make your own by rolling aluminum foil, wrapping it in parchment paper, sealing with yogurt and spraying with non-stick. 3. Dip wonton wrappers in egg wash and wrap around mold making sure the two sides seal together. 4. Air fry or bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes or until golden, flipping them halfway. 5. Remove foil and paper carefully. Pinching the foil makes and taking it out first making it easier. 6. Combine filling ingredients and fill cannolis (only fill the ones you’re about to eat cause they get soggy). 7. Dip each end in pistachios. 8.
