I thought mine was sciatic nerve. Actually was a blood clot that moved to my lungs & end up w/ 2 pulmonary embolism. Watch for other symptoms ladies

Tiger balm patches have saved me. Also if you have access to a Small ball to loosen the piriformace muscle on the side that hurts it works miracles.

Look up stretches for it and go to a chiro! It’s helped me so much, I had it so bad I couldn’t walk.
