try using a drill bit around the outside of the rubber but the inside of the steel, just let it spin around the outside of the rubber.

Air hammer. Put the shaft in a vise and air hammer the bushing out of the control arm. Use the nut and a washer on the shaft to install the new bushin

Air Hammer (or Hammer and chisel) and knock out one of the side bushings (with sleeve). They come out opposite sides

I burned out the bushing and slid out the bar. but it was a mess, there are easier ways. lol. good luck

far easier to replace the whole upper control arm vs the headache of replacing the bushings. but if you want to take em out, 16/32nd bit, and a drill,

Been a Ase master tech for 30 plus years a GM master tech for 17 years. you need to get a can of General Motors heat valve lubricant Shake and soak it

Get a punch put it in a vice put it through the bolt hole take an air hammer with a dull chisel on it put it against the flat part of the Bushing

Just get a 5/16 drillbit and ride the perimeter of the steel around the bushing it will eventually come out😏
