above stove is NOT a good place to store spices because the heat changes chemistry (humidity from boiling/cooking does too!)

If you don’t set the pan on the rack with it hanging off the edge then smack it further back you’re doing it wrong..

Oven rack guards are great , just don’t leave them on when you turn on self cleaning- we ruined our oven from that
