You need a protein mask, not keratin!!! I highly recommend joico defy damage mask. Too many of the bonds have been broken to hold the curl

if your hair has been overprocessed it can lose its hold easier. try using the diffuser from tips, scrunch towards head.

it looks like you just don't have the right hair type. these techniques are made for curly and really wavy hair.

I scrunch it with my hands while I’m bending over. I also don’t use the brush or ringlets. I put curl cream

Try putting a very small amount of hair gel on your hands and scrunching the ends then use the diffuser scrunch from the ends to the head

my guess is that the bleach may have hurt your curl pattern. maybe try protein/olaplex. maybe plopping will help too?

U have to use a comb not a brush. The brush only takes away the curlers and that’s why it gets puffy.
