seems like leaving so many lights on isn't a good thing by using so much electricity... maybe I'm just overly eco thinking

I used to live in a jewish neighborhood. Our neighbors would always come knock on our door and ask to turn off a light. Then they would give us little

Would automatic lights that turn on/off at a certain time be against the spirit of Sabbath? It'd save energy/money & you aren't technically doing it

So I've always wondered... How do you observe sabbath if you're traveling? Hotel mini fridge, lights being off in the room, getting food, flight delay
