Yes it sucks when you finally get the courage to try and it’s not the right fit! It took me 5 therapist till I found the one for me!

It literally took me *years* to find the right therapist. I gave up for a long time because of it. But I’m so happy I tried again!

This! I'm a Case Manager and always tell my clients finding the right therapist is like dating. If it doesn't work, end it and try a new one.
