I read an interesting article about why ADHD is so undersiagnosed in girls. Girls tend to have a perfectionism component of AHDH that boys don’t.

When I was diagnosed I told my psychiatrist I was so organized so was she sure? She told me it was a coping mechanism....a which is SO TRUE.
