Suggestion. Insulate the interior walls around the bathrooms. Sound travels and it’s never great to hear what your guests are doing in the bathroom.

I’ve worked in sheet metal shops and we always used Green Sweep to keep the dust down and it’s works great and it should tackle your plaster dust!

There is something called sweeping compound. It’s green. You get a bag of it and sprinkle it on the floor all over the dusty mess. Limits dust.

that plaster had asbestos in it. they put it in everything pre 1981. not only did that mask not protect you but the fibres are everywhere now 🥺

when you do the lathe... use a tall outdoor trashcan to carry it out. we used totes when we did ours and it sucked.
