I do the same but instead of essential oils I use watered down laundry detergent. Once dried I spray watered down Downey to keep it smelling amazing

I do the same thing, kinda hot water Lysol laundry sanitizer, fabric softener in a bowl, wring the sponge out and clean my couch! Smells AMAZING

Surely putting oil on furniture makes it more flammable because it must build up every time you do it , it’s dangerous .
