If you have celiac, not showing symptoms doesn’t mean you aren’t doing intestinal damage. Gluten will always cause damage, symptoms or not.

I can do the cool ranch but the nacho cheese wrecks me for the week. I'm pretty sensitive celiac wise if that helps anyone to know.
