You don’t need to lose weight. It was wrong of that doctor to say what he said. But you are gaining at quite a fast rate. Maye it’ll help stabilize

A lot of ADHD is impulsive behavior-- including snacking... They probably related impulsive eating with ADHD, he ain't wrong

Girl, it’s a struggle in these weight loss streets. 😭 I ended up gaining a significant amount of weight from the anxiety meds I was on.
