Thus is a huge deal! I never knew about any of this. I have pnes and adhd and I couldn’t figure out why my sensory overload visually is sensitive now.

@Myfiercepearcelife also this might be super interesting to you. The systems can go either way. Eyes exacerbate dysautonomia. Dysautonomia effects 👀
