You don’t need any heat just run the fan I’ve done it for several years we run beans anywhere from 10% to 20% moisture put in same bin no troubles

Run the fans in day time but shut them off at night when moisture is up and can knock 1-2% off pretty quick

so we do it here in Minnesota on our farm but we don't use any heat. you can only run the fan though in the humidity is under 60%

In 2019 we dried 30k bushel of beans from 18% to 14% by blowing heat through the fans with a big diesel heater
