I have to really KNOW someone to be able to recognize them. I room patients all day and if i see them in the hall later I have no idea who they are.

I have issues telling faces apart if people’s features are similar-height, hair color, eye color, etc. until I see them enough to discern differences

I am pretty sure I have this. I tend to remember people by their overall presentation more then their face. And cant imagine faces very well.
