I think each one serves its own purpose. Depends on whether you want strength from hanging or strength from getting pulled out.

ya the thing that is stronger is a toggle bolt. bigger hole needed but you can hang anything off them that the wall itself could hold up

The metal EZ Anchors are far superior to the plastic ones. They don't strip out when screwing them in.

After installing hundreds and hundreds of the first one. I always pre-drill a small hole to make sure there’s nothing behind it. Otherwise big mess😜

It also depends on if you plan on having something hang there permanently or temporarily. The first one is easier to fill in when you remove it.

the toglers also require only about 3/4" in wall clearance rather than 1.25-2" for the others. a huge deal when working in tight spaces
